Would also like to know price if their are legal taxi companies they must have set fares every company here advertises airport prices why not on Condado seems strange.

Just back from Easter break and again a little let down
Have been reading of the good news website that the diner would be open for Easter. And also French open. Neither happened and it seems the French res has stopped.
Noted all the good news about paramount on the site.. That now looks to ave collapsed.
Corvera airport never opened as stated.
George always smiling at ice cream bar looks like he's gone under a cloud!
Site said how good the golf course was... Worst condition since it opened and the lack of water and smell as a result is terrible...
Also disappoint to find that the site has suffered a few break ins and thefts and the website warned no body.

Also went for entertainment at clover Sunday but that canceled also. Checked but Can't seem to blame the website for that though..lol

I know that the website needs to promote property sales and rental but can we have a more rounded picture please.
If not can you please predict earthquakes, monsoons and tornadoes for Condado.. Because if you do they will never happen!!!

The point being is their a unbiased site the can keep me up to date with what's happening for real warts and all..!

Sorry to hear the problems you are having on the gardens with barking dogs this is something the resort can do without.
Yes complain to ML but in the end it is a garden problem and for that you have a president who stood to be elected and as a result must now take responsibility for the garden they represent. You should by now all have been contacted by your respective rep so get on to them and insist they deal with the matter.

They wanted the positions so now they must do their job

If they don't remember next election!!!!!!!

The politics aside.

the nasty comments about individuals,

All the alleagations we have.

and where are we now??????

WE have a level 3 and level 2 president (the same person) WHO HAS A CONTRACT WITH ML TO SUPPLY ALL THE CLEANiNG AND SERVICING FOR THEIR KEY HOLDING SEViCES.

She also has all the power to authorise the repairs to the pools and ares around her gardens. the work is completed by her son another president and she signs the cheques!!!!!

The resorts rules clearly states that no president can have a business that conflicts on has any conection with the comunity ( this should read unles ML like you.))

We have been hijaked by major keyholders and ML supporters who have all to gain witrh ML being maitained.

Look at the major web site also known as the how great is condadfo and ML website!!! the person running this is the same person that has systematicly supported ML in many fictishous names on here. gets vast amounts of income from ML for services and now signs all the cheaques. Dont forget that the website is all to proome her property selling business on here

You have had to listen to many points of veiw on this forum... but remember alot have nothing to gain but the good of the community and these people post their names the rest are all the people that have financial gain from ML staying in power be careful who you trust.. it is your money and you will be the loser not them in the end!!!!!!!!.
