Do not forget that work stops for the whole of August,I feel there is still a lot to be done and a licence to be applied for,also the developers have not given likely dates recently.Apart from seeing there photos every week they have kept very quiet. COMET 214.

Sat 5th May.   Looking closely at Google earth I would suggest it is at least 12 months old.Reason being that the new road,from the Coin Rd to the Miramar Centre,is only in its early stages.It was opened in early March.It is worth looking at the La Hacienda message board as occupancy started a couple of months ago and their progress and problems make interesting reading.Getting the Licence of habitation took many months so we should not get to excited. For those of you who may not know this developement is only some 1000m away on the Coin Rd and some shops are soon to open there.  Comet 214.

visited site today and can confirm that majestic have vacated the site and the office has been cleared.security confirmed that they left last week.all my phone calls remained unanswered over the last two weeks. the site remains deserted.suggest you all contact your lawyers as to what the future holds
