Polaris world did state when selling that owners had full use of facilities on all resorts. this was a big selling point from them and if you visit a different resort you could use pools. having been out a number of times i would assume there is not over crowing at the pools in Terrazas.

I have a villa in Mar Menor. i understood we could use all other resorts but does this apply to pools.

I have sold a number of properties on both resorts over the last number of years and would recomend buying i Mar Menor due to its close location to the beech. the hotel is very good and there are restaurants in the resort and in Los Alcazaras. i am staying at a villa in August where the people only rent to friends and they have been very busy with people wanting to go back because they love the resort.
