Happy new year to everyone!

Can anyone who has been on site over Xmas/new year confirm whether the garage gates for Block 7 have been repaired. When I was out there in October, Joanna in the sales office expected them to be fully operational in 1-2 weeks. I took that figure with a pinch of salt but wondered how things were 2 months on.

It's so good to see a real community spirit building up, so can we add our seasons greetings to all of you.

We hope to be out there sometime during the first couple of weeks in January. Hopefully we can meet up with existing friends and make some new acquaintances.

Believe it or not, the problem appears to be that one of the ground-floor owners in Block 7 regularly turns off the water at the stop-cock because the pump/generator? is too noisy; sod everybody else! Allegedly, they were told to do this by one of the on-site maintenance staff.

We are still trying to get this resolved. Can anyone on site bring any pressure to bear on this?

Is anyone aware of problems with the water supply to Block 7?

Having just gone through the problems with the electric supply, are we now to experience the same with the water supply? Have owners signed up for mains water yet?
