When you did your notary you will have pre signed an agreement regarding the electricity. That means you will see approx 170 euros deducted from your account during the past few weeks.

The only problem you will have is if you have changed banks since you did your notary.  If that is the case your electricity will have a contact number in the bottom left corner on one of the pages. Contact that number and you can request an Engllish speaker. They will talk you through what you need to do.

You should still sign and return the contract letter send recently however if they already can receive funds from your account I dont think them receiving the contract back a little late will be a problem.
