Thanks Dixie . Cornelius says his directors are on the case. I am hopeful that i get my money out in the same way as you did after thier agreement. will continue emailing. They say the licences wil be granted later this year.

My solicitors (Rec by MRI) are still waitng to hear from Cornelius re a refund from the developers.  Doubtful about the project carrying on now. Looking at changing solicitors now since it  appears alot more complicated than I had thought.

My contract also says 29th sept 07. I have spoken to the MRI lawyers who say they will ask the developers for a refund of my deposit  if we request it.
