I haven't posted in a long time. The last time I viewed my apartment was in May07 and I was not allowed on site which I found really strange as I was dying to see inside. Has anyone actually seen inside there apartment yet? I have a real fear that they are going to be smaller than suggeated due to reading Casares del sol threads. I plan to visit soon. I have heard nothing from H2O which is the company through which I purchased the apartment. So it has kind of been at the back of my mind. I have no intention on completing unless everything is as we were told it was going to be. Whats this about there being no commercial centre? Do you reckon there will still be 4 swimming pools. Has anyone seen the complex recently. I can feel myself getting anxious.

Just to inform you that I have checked with my agents. Group Aisa has bought 60% of Interlaken. Actually this will change nothing really. Interlaken are holding onto their name. Aisa is just a larger company. So all in all it is a good thing. I go over next week.

I have bought an apartment in Casares del sol suites and I have just been informed that they will be ready next April 2008. Interlaken are no longer the developers. It has changed hands for some reason. Anyone have any further news? Any other buyers interested in keeping in contact? I go out at the end of May to have a look. Bye for now.

Hi there,
PRG state that owners can only use their apartments for 6 weeks each year and if they wish to use it more then they have to rent it at a reduced rate from the management company. Also the company hold on to all the profits, giving owners a cut of the profits after fees are deducted. Does anyone know if this is the same for CDSS? It would be good to have more information about how the management company will work.

Hello everyone,
I have bought a 2 bedroomed apartment in Casares del Sol Suites. I bought in Sep 05 and I have yet to make another visit. I did not realise that it was to be called Kasamiri aparthotel. I hope we receive all the same priveliges as those in Pueblo Real Golf as they must have a section of the apartments. I have noticed on thier websit that they are to have plasma t.v.screens in their apartments. I doubt they will be in our apartments. I wonder what other differences there will be? Looks like they have blocks 1-7 as my apartment is in block 10. This is my only way of communicating with other buyers in this development and it is a great way to feedback and queries from other purchasers. I would be delighted to speak to others regarding this development.
