From what I know 3 courses el valle, la Torre and riquelme will come under control of new company on 1st of September with the other 3 courses by January but hopefully before. The only bad news I can say is that due to the fact Polaris own no courses anymore irm are completely stopping the shuttle bus service. This could change but I know the plan is to remove it completely.

Paco sardinas is the man formally incharge of the Nicklaus golf trail and now operating under a new company. A very professional man working together with one of the best agronomists in the world who was also involved in the construction of Polaris courses. Is all good news. It's just a case of having all paperwork finished. It's Spain though!

NGT take over on monday although transition might take a few days or weeks. It is a fnatastic thing for condado and all 6 courses will be operatiing together again.

The people running NGT could not be more qualified and experienced for the job.

I'm not just keeping it quiet to be annoying its just a very well kept secret and i am not going to break the news I will wait till the company announce. I'm pretty sure the greens staff will be told at start of week. Anyways it's new management and it's good news for cda.

It has been decided yes but they have not officiially announced. I assume Monday most of the staff will be informed of the change. I am not saying exactly what has happened. It will be announced I just don't know what day.
