If i can just hijack the thread guys.....john mentioned the maintenance fee and i read on another thread that its dearer on golf resorts, but what are you paying for ? do you get free\concessionary golf with the maintenance fee ? i assumed the golf course would pay its own way with memberships and green fees and the maintenance was for buildings, pools and gardens etc. ??

they seem cheap to me already but is there reason to think they're going to full further ? i've only just started looking so don't know if the price fall is recent or if i should hold out until they're paying me to take one ! any insider information information would be much appreciated

 Hi guys, lots of good information on the site and lots of positive views - just as well they don't have an online checkout as i might have taken the plunge tonight !

I was wondering what the maintenance fees are and also the property taxes (i assume those are seperate) ?

i haven't visited yet so just trying to see if this would be right for us, but 300+ days of sun, a good golf course and the current prices make a persuasive argument...
