Hi all, has anyone heard anything regarding the appeal for legal costs. The solicitor (GM legal experts) doesn't seem to exist anymore and I have no reply from emails. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks. Claire.

Hi everyone,

I just thought I would share my news, I have just been informed my case was won. Full principle with legal interest from date paid to developer and legal costs. Now awaiting to see if the banks appeal. 

Keep fighting, and big thanks to GM legal team.

I have just had my pre trial today and have just been informed of the first instance court date and told that I will not have to attend.
