Thanks for the info on the amount your property is worth. However does anyone know what their 'bank valuation' for their Manilva Beach property is?  I am under the impression it is the 'bank valuation' that mortgage lenders will go on not estate agents valuations.  This is important for remortgaging the property for furniture packages and completion costs.

Good Afternoon All, after reading your comments if I wasn't at work I'd be down the pub drowning my sorrows.  We have bought on Manilva Gardens& Estepona Beach & Country Club but have considered the idea of selling prior to completion. However I believe the value of 2 bed apartments in Manilva are not selling.  If anyone could give me an idea of what their bank valuation for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment was I could ensure that I have enough equity in it to furnish it and complete.  I am hoping it will be around Euros 300K. Other wise I am leaving work early for a large glass of red wine
