For information of others we have this week received our NIE numbers. They were applied for via the Spanish Consulate in Manchester and have taken four months to come through. Hope this gives an indication of timescale for others applying in the same way.

Paul Wa, no we do not have date for completion yet but like others are not anticipating before end of September at earliest. We are still awaiting response on issue identified on our inspection visit so not sure if this will hold up completion in our case? Like others I would expect end of September at earliest for completion.

We inspected our property as arranged at end of last week. Generally development looking really nice. In terms of the external part of Block 33 and surrounds everything appeared largely to be complete although landscaping clearly not yet finished although pool appeared to be in use in limited way with lifeguard on hand. Internally with the exception of one significant issue (specific to our requirements) which we await further advise from Keymare on and subject to ongoing snagging and cleaning works our apartment is substancially finished. Underground car park not yet complete / in use. We expect completion to be in approximately 4/6 weeks time.

Hi again, the reason I was asking about facilities planned for the area of Thalassa is that I know Salinas being developed next door includes for shops and other facilities but that part of the development is not due for completion for a couple of years. I was therefore interested what else was planned and its general location. I have heard some talk of a commercial centre and also possibly a new golf course? Anyone know anymore?
