Happy New Year to everyone!  As you know, we completed in February 05 and have fully furnished our apartment in readiness for rental.  We have had a few lets during last year, despite the limited facilities.  All those who have visited loved the apartment and the development and promised to return - we have one family returning in September.  We have got to try and cover some of our expenses in this long wait for the hibitation license.  Like Janice, at times we feel that we may have to sell because of not knowing when this wait will end, but everytime we visit FSA we fall in love with it and are trying to hang on just a little bit longer!!

Anyone wishing to visit Mijas and would like to stay at the Finca would be welcomed to stay in our apartment - no. 64 Block 4.  Please contact me on beverleychung@btinternet.com.  I will give you a good rate.

We will be there from 1st-14th February and will give an update on our return.

Hi Anthony,

I agree with you in part.  I visit this site every day to see if anyone has further news.  I have replied to your report privately, but did not receive a reply.

I can't believe that of the 73 or so apartment owners no one is prepared to take the lead in pursuing the developers on a 'united front'. 

For us it will be 2 years in February since we completed and although we have had all our snagging completed except the sink in the laundry room and the vacuum system, we are happy with our apartment.  However, we are at our wits end in this long wait for the habitation license!
