I agree that we do need to come out and have a look, i was just looking for as much info as possible before, 

i have been told that there are only a few apartments left (and what i cant understand is why the complex is not booming) 

The prices are very attractive and the apartments look very nice

I have seen some bank reposessions apt on la tercia golf, they are very reasonably priced, we do not have any experience buying in spain and wonder if any of you that already have property could tell us if its a good idea buying there
