well said MARVIN3004 ,everybody has their opinions,if you want to remain positive then stay positive,if people want to talk things down then thats up to them,who really knows whats going to happen this year,all we know is calidona is still building which must be good

,i dont think anybody was aware the completion dates would take this long,if i did , i know i wouldn't have tied my money up for 3+ years,at the end of the day we all have but that was back when the market was better,property doesnt always go up in value but over the longer term its not always bad,

i think we all know what was being sold to us ,so to expect  everyone to complete without all facilities being built would be calidonas biggest mistake!

hooray!!!  someone who sees what i see
we are agreeing about economics too,investors who buy anything for gain have to realise "some you win some you dont!"
if everything was a sure thing everybody would do it,the whole world is suffering just  now,not just murcia or britain
if any corverians are unsure ,look around at some smaller developers sites,
look forward not back,dont have regrets,theres always worse that can happen
