looking to buy a resale property on la torre, a little unsure at the moment given the many properties that are up for sale.  have visited la  torre twice now and think its fantastic, could any body tell me of anything that i should be aware of before making the commitment or is everything as good as it looks.

also does anybody know the community charge fees approximately for an appartment.
