hi im chris and i am going over to visit the top quality constructed!!! el zoco apartments this weekend the 19/4/07 i last visited in nov 2006 and spoke to the builder on site who put me in touch with a chap named paul who lives in roquetas and has an apartment on phase 1 he told me he didnt have electric for the first two years but was now connected. i will report back my findings on my return.
