Hi  Welcome to Condado.  We have an apartment on Jardine 7 and Craig at Sparkle are our Management Company.  They look after everything for us.  Their clean for Meet and Greet, (if you are renting) is 75 euro.  For owners who if you have a key it is 60 euro.  For this charge they provide all bedding and towels and make up beds. (They will use your own bedding if you want them to but it does cost more, this I believe is because they have to clean your bedding seperately). They clean very thoroughly including windows, fridge, microwave etc.  The great thing is that when you leave, they strip beds and do a minor clean then just before you arrive again they make up beds, thoroughly clean, leave wine and water in the fridge.  Leave welcome packs of cleaning materials and toiletries.  Therefore when you arrive it is extremely fresh and clean smells wonderful.  I cannot fault them.  They also dress the beds how you would like them done.  We used to have someone else who cleaned and remade the beds when you left, but when you arrive again, it is a bit musty and cobwebs have arrived again! Hi All

We have a Large Wooden table with metal legs and 4 Chairs for sale.  These are old and the table has a small split on the top.  However, with a coat of paint they would be pretty good if you are looking for something a bit cheap.  It is quite big probably only suitable for the Solarium, not a terrace. Selling because

we have just bought a new glass one. 30 Euro ONO.

Also approx. 18 Round Bell Plant Pots, 48cm top diameter.  Really Good Condition. 3 Euro each.

We are on Jardine 7. We are over here until Tuesday Morning 7th Feb.

Hi Suzy

I was just looking for the most up to date info on the bus service myself.

The trouble with this info is that it is dated last November.  I am however, going over to our place next Wednesday so am going to look for more updated info or indeed ask and will post the answer on here, if indeed I can get an answer.
