Have just spoken to someone who has been into my house recently, he tells me that the ceilings are down where the aircon should be but I have no one to get hold of to rectify this. does anybody know any contact details for Pasdan, Beny, Paco, the site office? or who Pasda actually are, do they have a holding company,  head office.....a structure of any kind, I have no contact details at all, and some would be useful. many thanks.

Greeings everyone, I took possession earlier on this year and have moved all my furniture in, as with everyone else, there are loads of issues, not least of all leaks and drains in the property, am not getting any response form Beny or Paco or emails etc, does anyone know if they've finished work on the site now? Also I am lookng for someone to caretake the property for me whilst I'm away, water the plants on the terraces, clean and change beds etc, does anyone know of anyone either on site or locally that would do this job and that are reliable ( I seem to remember reading somewhere this maybe the case).

And finally hows the upshot from the inaugral community meeting? have the pool and gardens been sorted yet? and can we count on the support from the Mayor of Istan if not???!

I will be backout last week in April and lookforward to anyone fancying a beer on my terrace (if its still there that is)
