I agree with The Quiet Man , ML want the community to deal Directly  Through Them, so  if everyone e-mails their issues Directly To Them,   Ml  will hear loud and clear the feelings of our community,   at the same time they might realise the usefullness of our community website,   and eye on spain to vent our feelings instead of dealing Directly Through  Them  Im off  now to e-mail  Directly To Them!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im a bit stunned on todays A G M out come. It doesn`t  seem to matter how many community owners were present, most of the important decisions  seemed to be agreed upon before the A G M,   and if new presidents were there to be voted in but old ones could call the shots WHAT WAS THE POINT ??????????          Totally shocked about CDAGR web site being shut down as it has been so informative FOR THE PEOPLE!!!!!!!! Instead of been listed as the OFFICIAL WEBSITE FOR CONDADO can it not become THE COMMUNITY WEBSITE FOR CONDADO.             As for building a sports zone outside on the outer ring road FUNDED by the community but open to All,  I am totally against my hard earned cash been used for this as it can be put to much better use inside the community FOR THE COMMUNITY!!! especially as there is a sports zone  allready inside .I love it at Condado and pop over every 6 weeks or so  but  todays news sounds like we have just taken several steps back.SAD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a very good question.

How do you vote for someone that you have never met nor had any contact with, regarding your Jardin or issues to do with the resort?

Is there a list of alternative choices for each Jardin President?

Who is in the running for each Jardin, other than the current Presidents?

We visit Condado approx every 6-8weeks and would love to see the sports zone breathe some fresh life into the resort, and become a place to meet and share information with neighbours.

The first time the sports zone opened (our property is in Jardin 7) there was alot of usage of the facilities from people outside our resort so paying 2euros to have a community only zone makes for a safer community.
 

We would definitly agree with keeping the Spainish feel to the place.

You have our support and best wishes with this hopeful new venture.

My mother and I have just returned from a blissfull week in Condado, the weather was wonderful and with this trip we found even more beautiful spots near by and managed some really good bargains both: at the local markets and local boutiques (with only a very small dent in our wallets) 

Finally finishing a wonderful week off with what we both agreed was one of the best yoga classes we have been to in a long time. Held on Friday morning at 10 0' clock in the squash court , the whole class was done in such a way that no matter how old or inexperienced any of us were, everyone took each exercise to their own limit . 

It was the next day with a long return journey home to Ireland that we both felt the full benefit of all the stretching and gentle exercises.

Highly anticipating our next visit and delighted to have this great facility to look forward to! Leslie is a great teacher and I would highly recommend the class to anyone who's over in Condado!
