we dealt with Blue med and Dawn at PALS.

She was brilliant.  I communicated with her through e-mail and she always got back to me. Once completeion was down with the bank she had the keys no long after and informed me.

the painting should be completed in a day .

the 3 bed and 2 bed garden apartments will be easily painted with two men two coats.

tools required, paint 2 extendable rollers 2 brushes a ladder to cut windows in.

not required.......... tower scaffold.

as stated 1200 euros for a upstair downstair apartment that can be painted in one day is a frightning price to pay,i apreciate that the frontline penthouses require more equipment,that is and should be a seperate quote as other garden owners cant be expected to pay and take a hit on there behalf.

2 men wages 250 euros

tools supplied and owned buy specialist contractor n/a

paint 200 euros max............

proffit..................750 euros

seems overinflated price

hy guys , we have just bought on nanj 6.

1     i totally agre that the area could do with a face lift.

2     i own a buiding firm in uk.

3     the price per apartment is on the high side,,,,,,,, more realistic price 350 euros in my opinion

4     every 4 years would be ample to keep the buildings under control

5    one off payment suits me but maybe not everyone

6    labour ours on apartment in my opinion would be 4 hrs first coat and 4 hours second coat basically one shift as the   drying times will be very favourable

7    at 350 euros i would think that one man 8 hrs labour 120 euro paint 80 euros  150 profit per apartment

8   only in my opinion hope this helps
