Hi, I have a similar sort of question my partner and I are moving over in July, whilst I am still being employed via a UK company, she will be on a self employed contract. I'm trying to find out more about the tax system, I have seen that the fixed rate non-resident tax is 24% and social is 6.35%, is this correct? Also what deductions come off this, re; rent, travel work associated costs? We also have a small child of 2 who will be going to nursery, obviously the costs are high for this and we were getting child care allowance in the UK but I cant seem to find a similar? Does your tax get reduced for outgoings for dependants aswell and if so how much.......Anybody

Hello,
I'm Aaron (aka) Chezwells, I have been in the CDS for around 4 years but moved back to the UK last year as my partner was giving birth to our son (she wanted all her family around her)!, Anyway he is fit and healthy so we are ready to move back and are planning to come back over in July (Perfect timing hopefully) to catch some rays before getting back into the 9-5 role, we will be looking to rent possibly from Mijas upto Nueva Andalucia but with the hope to buy very shortly. So to cut a possibly long boring story to short, who's this smiley guy, is he out there and can he possibly give me details to contact him with regards to mortgages???
