I wonder if anyone could advise me on the status of Finca Parc,  I seem to be well out of touch and am not aware of the

difficulties!  I am buying phase 4, 2 properties and am beginning to be very concerned re: the investment I have already

put in.  Does anyone have the contact details for their office in Spain?  I would very much like to speak to them direct!! -

Do we know yet whether our bank guarantees are worth anything in order to try and get our money back??

Any help or infomation would be much appreciated to help demystify the present situation.

Hi guys,
Just wondered on the off-chance if any of you guys could offer some advice on obtaining a good mortgage.  I am getting pressure to complete on my apartment at Jardines
however the mortgage I have been offered by the bank, means I would have to put a substantial sum into it!  If any of you have  contacts or know of a competitive product I sure
would be pleased to hear from you as soon as possible!

Otherwise any feedback on the progress of the development/ surrounding area would be much appreciated
