We have purchased a villa on Phase 4 and have been told it will be ready for April 08. From what you say they are obviously telling evryone completely different things !!

Looking to rent an apartment for last 2 weeks in August 2007.

Have purchased in Roda and want to watch progress. We have just returned today and thus I am fully aware of the limited facilities there at the moment. Expect this to be reflected in the price  :-)
