I was thinking the same thing.  They should concentrate on getting the commercial shops up and running also as they will be needed as it can be difficult for people that do not drive going to the supermarket.  I am going out there in November for 1 week, so it will be interesting to see where things are up to.

I have just recieved an e-mail from my solicoter, who informed me that phase 4, block 4 are applying for the first habitation license in october.  She asked if I wanted to give then power of atorney, if so I would need to sign at a solicitors local to where I live.  Looks like things are moving.
