Has anyone driven the journey through France down to Murcia and onto Condado?

Does anyone have a recommendation of overnight stay in France ?

Looking to get an early ferry calais around 6am - two of us drive most of the day -

Any advise would be appreciated.  Thanks

Hi

We were in the same position as you upto June 2009 - Polaris would not return our deposit in relation to an off plan property on Condado de alhama, which was delayed - We took legal advise, we meet with Polaris and Solicitor and Polaris HQ - Spend 3 hrs and got knowwhere, we went to our local MP who took the matter up with the Spanish Ambassador who could do nothing to add pressure to Polaris.    - Polaris will never return your deposit without taking them to court. 

The whole thing was turning into a nightmare, and like you posted action requests to others to get together, but even though I spoke to several other people all in the same position, even threatened to demonstrate at Polaris HQ - nothing come of it.

We was too stressed to continue fighting so we settled for another apartment, which we are now pleased with and am happy now its all over. But I would never recommend Polaris though to anyone.

This is for all you unhappy clients of Polarisworld, there is a small group of El Mirador clients, who Polarisworld will not return our deposits for a property they are not going to build.  We are going to make a stand against Polarisworld and SAY ENOUGH IS ENOUGH - because we are British it does not mean you can treat us all like idots!  They have no legal rights to withhold our monies. Polaris customer services ignore all correspondence from our Solicitors and from ourselves - why should we have to pay court expenses when we are not in the wrong here!

I have followed other forums and we know that there are several other people being treated badly by Polaris, clients from all different complex's - so LETS GET TOGETHER and sort this company out once and for all.   Please Please call me on 01245 321847.
