Anyone got any idea where I can find a wrought iron gate to purchase or someone who is willing to make one for us.

I have been let down by two different people now, who obviously don't require the work or money,  so thought I would ask here if anyone has any suggestions.

We are in penthouse block 4 and for the past 2 years we have noticed the amount of pigeons congregating and breeding in the bbq chimneys, our vist this time, 2 days ago,  was horrendous, we literally had pigeon shit everywhere on our terrace, walls and floor and furniture, two nests in our bbq area. It was a awful and heartbreaking site.  We did report this to ML last year and got told they could not do anything.  So now we have some 40 plus pigeons nesting and bredding, (each pigeon can have upto 40 eggs) so these will return with even more next year.   This will not go away and they will travel further to other blocks and apartments. 

Dont the spanish know that pigeons are flying vermin and carry deceases.

I have no faith in ML at all, these people do not have to live with this and when I showed them pictures of what we had to deal with, there was no comment.

Please if anyone else has the same problem please you make contact and we  draw up some kind of petition so ML will have to take note of us.

I don't think it's someone off site, not at that time of night, as we shall the chairs at 11.30pm when we came home and were gone by 1am when I went out to water my plant pot, which would have probably been taken also, but it is a bit heavy. Maybe the thief will come back for the pot and we will be waiting for them!    regarding security at the gates only a couple of days ago we followed a hire vehicle out, so registration was not known, the vehicle stopped at the gate, waited and then the bar went up, know one came out from the office to look or check, the security definitely needs to be addressed by the presidents.

l am sure my chairs will the sold onto some innocent purchasers on site.

Warning to all of you on condado, we have a night thief!      Last night about midnight our two garden sun loungers were taken from outside or front door, we are on level 3 of the penthouses, so someone went out of their way to come up 2 flights of stairs.     Reported this to millennium who's response was did we see a car!   This is possibly someone on site and is trying to flog stuff they steal. So if anyone gets offered two new sun loungers cheap let us know please.  Millennium are not interested and told us to go to the police.    So angry, how dare people think it's ok to steal from others, l want to get hold of this person and I won't repeat what I would do to them if I do find them.
