Thanks for the responce.

We have just got back from the apartment,( we are on the 4th floor ) and had a great time.

the swimming pool was open which was very nice,well looked after,with grass edge and new trees planted.this ment we spent more time in the apartment rather than going to the beach to cool off.

I had a go at getting a key for the post box but was not sure if Santiago could understand my attempts at Spanish,so still not sure how we get the key. Used an alternative key! anyway. Some of the post boxes were very  full and some of the post was on the floor,so i picked it up and re posted them...Perhaps you know how  to get a key?.

We have a copy of the last meeting in English thanks.

We have the usual problems with damp around the windows and ceiling with the paint flaking off and some mould. We also have a large area of the wall with same problem. I guess this is  the drain from the apartment above is leaking inside the wall.

We had the place re painted last year and it looked great for six months but it all came back so am just leaving it at the moment.

We hope to go back at the end of September.

Nice to finaly chat to someone else at Forest Hills.

Hi everbody.

We have had an apartment on the 4th floor since the beginning,but have only just stumbled across this chat site.

We are only at the apartment a few weeks a year but it is sometimes used by family and friends.

Would like to hear from any one with updates or even have a drink together ,if we are out there at the same time.

We have had an apartment on the fourth floor for several years but was not aware of this chat forum until stumbling on it today.

We are there for a few weeks a year and is sometimes used by family or friends.

we are John and Debbie,and have just stumbled across this chat forum, so were unaware of  the communication going on between U/K owners of the apartments at Forest Hills.

It appears we are not the only ones haveing problems with the apartments.We are only at the apartment a few weeks a year but if you fancy having a chat with / perhaps have a drink ,if we are there at the same time,then please get in touch.
