Shaggy, David and I deal with Sun Lawyers in Calasparra, We have found him very efficient, friendly and he speaks very good English, He helped us when we had to sort out a farmer for our  Rice fields when we finalised the house we brought in Calasparra, he spent all day with us going backwards and forwards to the Bank, he even found us a farmer to look after the rice and arranged a very good deal with him for our rice.  He is young but very determined, he is also our solicitor for our apartment  R10 in SADM. I would recommend him. Hope this helps.

Hi Daniel,

Dave R and I have a place in Calasparra also - in the rice Fields, unfortunately we have not retired yet but hopefully in a few years we will be in permanent residence in Calasparra, Our Friends own the Restaurant Calasparra Arms in the town ( Tina and Steve).  We have recently returned from our house after a ten day stay, after breath taking views we retuned to the awful views of the A13 and the River Thames, not quite the same. We too took in a visit to Jumilla to visit on the progress as we have invested in one of the apartments for rental purposes for all the golf nuts, personally I like the sun and the cheap wine.  We will be visiting again in May for an update on the progress and of course to settle down again in the sunshine - can't wait.

Hi All - My Name is Charmaine, I am Dave R's better half, I know of a good restaurant to eat in Calasparra - called 'The Calasparra Arms' run by two of my best  Friends - all the food is home good and there is plenty of it, you never come out of their restaurant hungry and the prices are very reasonable, the atmosphere is very friendly, it feels like you are visiting their home, they make you that welcome. See you there is you are tempted when we visit in March..
