Thanks, I have seen this before, luckily I do not have a barking dog problem, but am sympathetic to any one who does, and is going to sell up because of it.

I hope OwenGoonan sees this though, the prices vary from one model to another, but even £50 is worth some peace, and quiet if it works.

This is a step in the right direction and good news, hopefully the message will get through, but what about the dogs who are barking through the day? You can pick your way reluctantly through dog dirt, but you can not escape the incessant barking from a dog next door or in a nearby block.

He will be very interested, and concerned about this. What the Administrators can actually do is another thing.

Other Manzanas if you have contact emails please let your Presidents/Vice Presidents know, point them in the direction of this Thread.

Goonan-what did the Administrators say when you approached them? and did you speak to the owner of the dog? What reaction if any?

Can anyone advise of the situation regarding Garbage Tax which is payable separately to IBI tax.

We have been told that we have to go to the Dept ourselves to get and pay our bill, other people say it is posted out to you.

We completed Sep 2005, and have just been able to pay our IBI tax , our Solicitor got hold of the invoice for us it was not posted out as was promised by the dept when we rang them last Novemeber 2006.
