Are you saying that the indoor pool and ALL the facilities will be closed in the summer - or just the indoor pool.

 

Not that I agree with either, We're going to be paying for it aren't we.

Like many others we are advertising our place as having use of spa, gym etc.

Like everyone else we are waiting for phase 1 to complete. We plan to rent out as well as use ourselves and we need someone to look after the property for us.

Is anyone planning to live over there that fancies doing that sort of thing??

Or does anyone know of someone over there already who does the cleaning/key-holding thing??

Any info at all would be gratefully received

we received letter from keymare today(24th) saying we had to reply by the 20th for inspection visit!!!

it said that it was giving us details of the mortgage - but didn't. A few forms to fill in for electric and mortgage. anyone know what level of electric you need??

We are going to send it all to our solicitor and also Euroland (who we bought off) to see if they can tell us what it all means. I'm hoping that euroland will do the visit as we have paid them for after sales stuff.

Anyone know of anyone who looks after rental properties over there, we need someone to do ours for us as we plan to rent out as well as use ourselves.
