Cruz, told 'Radio Nacional of Spain' collected by Europa Press said the Region of Murcia has a considerable percentage of possibilities that go well ".

Glad to say we completed yesterday (by POA) with no problems!

Relieved after 3 years waiting! (originally bought on Condado).

We will be going over in May, hopefully when the utilities have been connected!!

Thanks to all with the heads up of items to check on our snagging. I have uploaded some of the photos we took during our snagging visit on Phase 1 of TDLT on 12th Nov. The photos are of & from block 30 on phase 1 & roof views. Interior photos from our apartment to follow.

We are staying on La Torre at the moment, and are snagging our apartment in TDLT Block 30, tomorrow! Does anyone have an tips on what to look out for? Will be sure to post some photos as soon as possible. Fingers crossed, all will work out fine :-)

BTW the streets are named after sports stars - We are on Calle Steffi Graff ??!!!!

Hi Kingslands & nicw,

We have our snagging appointment confirmed for the 11th Nov. Our completion date is now 17th Nov, as this is supposed to be the day the Habitation Certificates are being issued!?! If the hab cert isn't available, then we will have to decide whether to go ahead or arrange POW to our solicitor.

FYI re: air con - had a good quote and service (so far) from "Chillout" air con, so hoping to arrange fitting after signing.

Photos posted today on fotothis look VERY promising! Getting very excited (if not a little apprehensive) now!!!
