I would like to contact a contributor to E.O.S., if there is one, who is in similar circumstances to my own future ones.
I am in the process of letting out my home in the UK with a view to renting in Spain on 6 month contracts.
If there is anyone who is in a similar position and who would pass on their experience.

Would you please explain in more detail what each of the advice you offer means.

I have read so many articles about living in Spain and I know there will be procedures to follow.

If, for example, we said we would like to live in Spain for 6 months what exactly does Spanish law require us to have to avoid any problems in the future.

We have been to the Benamedena area on the Costa Del Sol several times. We like the town of Arroyo Del Miel and the infrasturcture is modern and transport links are very convenient. I am moving towards plans that when I retire next year to rent long term.
Please would anyone advise me on other locations like Benalmedena that have a similar infrastructure.

Hi. I'm 63, infact nearly 64. My partner is 66. I am due for retirement in September 2009.
I am being very cautious about the future. My plan is to let out my home in the U.K. and rent in Spain with the proceeds.
Are there similar people who can offer us advice and who would offer us the benefit of their experiences.
