Hello

I live in Spain and I am thinking of buying in La Herencia.

I have a 30% deposit and the buying fees but have been advised that it might be difficult to get a mortgage on this development.

If anyone else has managed  to get a mortgage, I would be very grateful for the info eg which bank etc

Hi You would need to contact Endesa.

I also live in Casares and since August charges have been added to my bills for a price adjustment to cover the Q4 2011 AND Q1 2012 period which has added approx 25 euros each month to my bills. This may help to explain your increase.
