Hello to everyone in Lagunagolf.

We just returned home to Ireland after a fabulous week there. As usual the weather was amazing.!! The complex is looking fabulous too.!

I just wondered if you know of anyone interested in buying our Apartment in Block 3. We are number 36, it is on the corner with the window boxes. We are facing the pool etc. and have amazing seaviews from the upper solarium. We love Lagunagolf. However, we have a place in Zeniamar that is almost finished a long term rental and don't particularly want the hassle of 2 houses, ie. mortgages,, water, electricity, Zuma tax, community fees..etc. So we are putting both on the market for sale and which ever goes first we will hold onto the other.
