Hi,

we completed 1/10/13 and our furniture pack took till 27/10 /13 to be installed, i say loosely installed as when we turned up they hadnt done clean and everything was in boxes ! we went to see rupert who said he would get his people on to it asap but never did so we did the clean ourselves ( and a few repairs). The thing is some people have been lucky and had no problems and others not so lucky... all in all we are very happy with the apartment so can forget our little hiccups in getting it lol.

Hi, we bought via blue med.... did inspection trip and paid deposit in may last year and completed oct. had booked to go end of aug but little did we realise that aug is holiday for banks !! so had to find somewhere to stay. we did the 110% and got furniture package, its ok and not bad quality stuff to get started with but we are going to update stuff at a later date. Furniture package doesnt include kitchen stuff such as kettle, toaster, plates etc but plenty places around to get those things. Main thing is we have no regrets about buying on condado but dont hold your breath for flight refund as promised we never got ours back so not quite "free inspection trip" they never returned calls or emails after completion !!!
