Thankyou for your response to the Trevor Mc' program as I did't see it myself I now have a better idea as to its contents.
Terry and I will be living in Calasparra in the very near future we are looking forward to the move. As you say all of us who have bought already can't be wrong...

We had a smooth handover on Thursday 11th May on the snagg list are some finer details mainly cracked floor tiles and the wardrobe doors not level,One of the most important things to check is Do the window and patio door catches LOCK.  ours are fine but there is always the chance that  they dont therefore your security would be compermised. good luck to everyone. at last I am able to send messages,
thankyou for your responce our plot is 16 so we are near. Terry and I are moving out full time as soon as we can after the villa is finished. We cant stand the cold winters I know Calasparra has its moments but the spring summer and autum make up for the few cooler days.
Have you checked out the msn calasparra internet site It is also used by others using this one. I find them so helpfull. We are becomming a community before getting to Calasparra which can only be a good thing.
