My dad has received a letter dated 29th January from an administration company about Ocean Greenery, advising he should attend a meeting on the 18th February, has anyone else received a letter?
Supposedly they are ready for handing over and payment....

Has anyone heard anymore with regards to the administrators etc... My father has got rid of his original solicitors although they still have our contact details but we have not heard anything about what is now happening. Does anyone have any contact details for them or someone that can advise what is happening, we are happy to deal with someone in spanish. Appreciate any updates.

Dianne Zurring are still running but not from Moraira, running from the Costa Del Sol. Is there anything we can do about the fact they never chased up the bank guarantee at the initial stage of setting up the contract?
