hi all,

just to say, i understand the builder is still awaiting a reply from the bank to see if he can complete on the outstanding properties.

re builder, no one can seem to contact him except the adminsistrator on occasions- re administrator, he is contactable on the email address previously given. currently though he is away until next monday.

Thank you for your kind comments.

i quite understand your feelings, and it is for you to decide personally how to proceed, obviously only each prospective owner knows whether they can afford to lose the amount they have already put down on thier apartments.

we are in a better position with the certificates, the water certificates we have from the plumber now, they just have to go to industria for stamping, we expect our paperwork to go to the townhall in december for our habitacion certificates.  we hope to be in possesion of certificates needed for the electricity in decemeber as well, so progress is being made.

we have been working with the view to encourage the builder to release these appartments, and after a meeting with him and utility suppliers, juan was able to report that he would sign them over this month.

look forward to meeting with you in the future, if not good luck with your future purchase.

URGENT NEWS-
HI EVERYONE

At last good news, the builder is now willing to complete on all apartments, this month only. so please can you contact our administrator Juan Carlos Ballesteer immediatley

if any of you are in contact with other would be owners please would you advise them of this message. as usual here everything happens at once, so trying to contact everyone by all means possible.
