I also received the sam e;mail and I contactedf  Pilar about it , she replied yesterday saying that it is completely untrue, they don't know who sent it and that Huma will be issuing a statement in the next few days.

That is not true, that is a false information and at the moment we don´t
know who has sent is.
Huma is preparing an official comunicate explaining all this, as we know
this is worrying you all and it is not fair.
Again, we not in bankrupt and you will receive news from us in the next few
days.

At first  I hope you are well.
Regarding your e-mail, communicate you that it is not true that we co into
liquidation, we are the same staff and we are working every day very hard
for solve the situation.

I have just received an e:mail Christmas Card from Huma wishing me all the best for 2009 - thats a joke when they owe me loads of money from ACC.

 

I have e:mailed them back asking them if they are going into Administration.  I have also aksed my solicitor who has not yet replied.

 

I can't believe it.

This is the first post I have made but it is to say I too have just sent an e:mail to watchdog. 

 

I find myself in the same situation as many trying to get a refund and having to go to court which will take around 18 months.
