^{We put down a deposit in April 2003 on the understanding that it would be ready in june 2005,on the 30 November 2006 we received an e mail from our solicitor stating that blocks 1 to 5 (we are in block 2) had been built too high and the town hall had stopped the build untill the matter is resolved,On the 15 feb 2007 we received another e mail in which my solicitor has presented a document into the town hall in order to revise the situation, as the situation stands there is no work being done on this block and it may even have to come down,does anyone have any more information on this?as soon as i hear from my solicitor i will write in again hopefully with some good news}
