Hi,

          I have recently demanded my deposit for my 3 bedroomed apartment in Hipodromo back from Aifos in Spain as I am no loner in a position to complete the purchase due to my age and they have refused because it is still under construction.They have held the deposit for over 4 years now,does anybody have any idea when the developement will be completed and any advice on how to proceed in recovering my deposit?

Im sure that I am not the only mug in this position,surely there must be somebody else out there who has personal experience of this situation and may be able to help me.
