Hi,

Me and my wife have bought on corvera and are out there 4 times a year at least.
We are currently renting out for 6 month over the winter, the people below me have rented theirs out just about every week over the summer period so it shows if you do a bit of work you can get rentals.

If you don't need to rent out its a great quiet resort to chill out on, if you do want to rent it, it shows with a lot of word if mouth and putting it in the shop window you can achieve rentals.

The course is very good, all my friends are single figure players and off the back tees all agree it is a great course. If they get the course and clubhouse going and with the airport opening hopefully things look very good for the resort.

Whatever you decide good luck.

Whatever you decide good luck.

 Hi,

I returned last week and the course is the worst ive seen it since completing, saying that for a free round of golf I still cant complain.

The greens have all got the disease on some worse than others but are still well playable and nice, they are running very slow but it looks like they have put a bit more length on maybe to treat the problem.

The fairways are in very poor condition due to non watering but i suppose that will come if/or when the course eventually opens for public use. The rough is dead in most places and looks to need re seeding/laying??

All in all im happy to play it for free as an owner but no way on earth would you want to pay any money to play it. Ideally it needs plenty of work doing as it looks to me in a lot of places in danger or dying off all together.

The pools in our area were clean and a very nice temperature to swim in, the resort was the busiest I have seen it and we had an excellent week there as we always do.

The clubhouse and course need opening quickly to generate income and interest in the resort.

Hope this helps and have a nice time.

Excellent post xam.

I like both courses but Corvera also shades it for me as too many blind silly shots on Corvera.

When/If the course comes good it will be a very good course, the white tees are a rral test as every bunker is in play.

I have just returned and spoke to Pablo regarding it and he said underground will be a large car park, ground floor pro shop, changing rooms and spa area, top floor bar, place to eat and vip seating area.

Finished xmas but need licenses before opening.

Had a good visit met a few people and the resort was a lot busier than my last visit in June.

Thanks, we are out mid september but are staying on La Manga as we are sorting all the bits and pieces out, lights etc.

All of the furniture will be there so the visit after we will be staying there.

Hope to see a few people on resort.

Thanks again for the feedback.

Carl.
