Congratulations Just Dan. You have taken over my mantle of being devlopers agent / plant / name your conspiracy.
Norman, you musn't let bitterness turn into paranoia. Whilst amusing for all those reading the forums, your apparent borderline psychosis negates any good points you may have.
Also, £20 says you can't respond to this without opening 'Dear All' even though directly responding to somebody.

Not been on the forum for a while and I’m shocked and sorry to hear of all the break ins. With any luck, as the area gets busier and more residents move in to the various resorts, this will prove to be a blip rather than a trend. Although I know this would be of no solice to those unfortunate enough to have been victims.
I also realise that sleuth and heroic one man irritation Norman Sands has rumbled my clever guise of random puchaser from Scotland with a silly nickname. Now, if only he could turn his obvious perspicacity to finding Lord Lucan and solving the JFK case, the world would forever be in his debt. Perhaps we could club together to send him to Casares, the burglars would be bang to rights within minutes of his arrival.

Connected to the developer or bought the flat on information other than a brochure? I don't know which but I would hazard a guess that it is the latter.
Incidentally, Ian, you never answered a previous questions a few months ago about due dilligence. I may end up thinking you are somebody so bitter and angry about buying a flat on the basis of a brochure rather than sound legal advice that you will now spend all efforts spouting forth ill-informed nonsense about a development with no relation to you. Surely not though.
Anyway, your obvious smugness about being "correct" notwithstanding, many thanks for the "information".

Not being an accounant nor a juggle of numbers or bullshxt, I cannot make out where your 50% comes from. Leaving aside emotion, which doubtless is possibly too hard, are you saying your apartment is now worth circa €150,000 or less? In which case, why would I want to express the previously requested interest in the penthouse? You never really made me think about taking your alledged deposit off you.......... Clown, fake or dim. Which one?
