I presume the 'friendship' people would rather see the wheelchairs go rusty and have cob webs than loan them to a wee boy in need who has a house in San Juan. Perhaps that explains a lot about the community???

Can anyone help please. My 9 year old son has broken his foot within an hour of arriving in San Juan, he is just about hobbling on crutches, but he gets very tired and cannot get far. I had hoped to borrow or rent a wheelchair from the San Juan friendship but apparently I cannot be trusted with a wheelchair as I might take it back to the UK!!!!! It is nice to know my neighbours are friendly and helpful. If anyone can help please can you drop me an email. Many thanks, Carol

Tracey and Thomas saw a man offering a 2 hour boat trip from Aguilas today but unfortunately she never got the details of the trips, apparently they leave once a week from San Juan, Thomas is now asking to go.  Does anyone have any information?

Would be grateful for some advice.................Have finally completed 6 and a half years after buying off plan. I will be flying out tomorrow and need some urgent help and advice with electrics and plumbing. I need to get an electrician to connect the lights and a cooker and also a washing machine. Can someone please reccomend a local electrician who is not going to take advantage of a female who does not speak the lingo!!!!

Hi

We purchased in 2005, for phase 4 of the development and despite our solicior pushing for us to claim our deposit back we have not yet issued proceedings. 

Today we received a call from 'Patricia' working for Penisa, informing us the house was ready for us to complete, albeit 5 years late.

We do think its better late than never (all along we hoped to complete).  However, we are anxious know that the habitation licence and all other requirements have been issued.  Despite Patricia assuring it was, you can imagine we would like to verify this information independently given the past history with Penisa.

Can anyone help?
