On my recent visit to Spain I went around the development site for an inspection to see how the site is now fairing.  18 months after the LoFO was granted.

Sorry to say I was not that impressed!!!!

Although more people may be now living in the early completed phases.  It is still suffering from a lack of maintenance.  The building structure seems to be of a very poor quality.  It looks like no one has moved in to any of the apartments in phase four.

Looking forward to my next visit in early July..

You can view photos date May 2011  3 lots of x 6. The best photo is of the landslide at the entrance just behind the bottom pool.

Any comments welcome.

Hi All

Just been for a walk around  the Vista Hermosa site, which I was told it gained the L.of F.O. in Sept 09. I do not know how Promaga managed to obtain this.  Although I am not buying there now, I feel for the people who have purchased. The whole site is just one big tip. I am not impressed with any part of the development .Very few people have moved in. It is just like a ghost town. Leaving the whole of the development open to vandalism.  I could not imagine how anybody would want to spend any time there,  never mind to live or to spend a few weeks holiday in such a hole  The quality of the build  is shocking and there seems to be a lot of building issues to be sorted  The whole site needs a good clean and weed to say the least. The pool is closed off and the other pool is a pond. The apartment next to the one I was buying as been broken into by way of forcing the front door and the gas boiler taken out, the lifts are rusty and there are electric cables hanging and smashed light fitting everywhere not forgetting the condoms on the floor in the stair area besides other not so nice human waste.

Good luck to anybody who has purchased trying to get this development sorted out  !!!!!!!

I think the photos you are on about are the ones I posted up in August  To view photos  From the drop menu (eyeon spain)go to community,  community photos,   community galleries.  then type  in vista hermosa to view photos  You may have already viewed these photos as I posted them sometime ago.

If anybody as information on what is happening the moment or latest photos I would love to hear from them. Have been told the the LoFO has now been granted on phase four but for only certain  blocks. I do not know how this can be as you would think it is all or nothing? And promaga are now trying to rent the properties out on long term contracts.
