Would you mind me asking how long Maria has been working on this for you? I have been thinking of using er services and am trying to get a feel how long the whole legal process can take. I have been told it by some people it would be at least two years before even going to court. Is that correct?

Is the lawsuit you are referring to just for you not having a bank guarantee or is this something general Maria is doing? I am lookiing to use Maria's services to try and get my refund so would be interested to have a few more details on this.

 Hi Ian, thanks for your response. Its a shame that the other facilities were not also built as it would have been a great complex. Mind you, as you have said, at least they are finishing the apartments and the golf course etc.

 Hi all, what has happened to all of the planned facilities at Valle Romano such as the football pitches, tennis courts and gyms etc? I don't see these mentioned on any of the websites anymore.
