This is the 2nd time we have tried to use this company, both times we have paid but not received voucher, hence we have been unable to pick car up because they have not informed us where to pick vehicle up. I have e mailed 7- 8 times but no one has got back to me, very frustrating!!!!!  Will never use them again.

Hi, anyone there help, we have hired a car with doyouspain Spain. Com but have not received our voucher to print off. Have sent many mails to them but they do not seem to get to them. Our money has been taken though. We booked to pick it up from san javier on 11th February.

 We also do several rentals a year and have taken out an excess policy which we explained to the car hire people, but it did no good they still insisted on taking 300 euros deposit which I thought would be blocked until we returned the car in good condition, wrong again the deposit was debited immediately and we are currently in dispute over this practice with car hire 3000
