i had problems with gypoes not paying power bills with endless excuses, cards 'not working' middle of night, not getting right amount for the card  etc.  So we installed flowscan meters.  a .co based in .uk.

These web payment meters @ £29 in groups up to eight or single meters with transmitter £90 are excellent value and so simple.

no cards, no coins, no software - just your fone to top up your account from where ever you are !
