Hi everyone,

I purchased an apartment in phase 4 block 11 way back in sept '04. Originally as you all know the completion date was 31st Dec 06. I've contacted Arenal recently and they informed me the completion date will be delayed but would not give me any time scale, although reading through this forum it seems many of you have been told March '07.

As far as I was concerned I would not have to part with any more funds untill completion, yet my solicitor's have informed me that I need to have the remaining funds held in their spanish bank account before 31st dec '06 (to show the developer I have the monies available)

Is everyone else in the same boat???
