 We have started to see, that banks are now having to address abusive mortgage clauses, with regards to interests rates.

However bank accounts associated with these mortgages are being abused by the banks with additional maintenance charges being introduced.

Theferore we need to see extra action being taken, to remove these charges by allowing customers to make direct payments to the mortgage account, without having to maintain a bank account associated with the mortgage in order to make payments.

Can anyone tell me if it is mandatory to employ a Fiscal Rep to complete tax returns, when you own more than one property?
